59 Mongolian vowel separator to be exact. This forum is so far the only one thing I know off that actually takes it as a single character and allows me to send it.
(Only thing that actually cares about it and strip space like characters to be exact.)
Also, the group of characters that it is in changed 2 times if I remember correctly.
