How exactly are they used? I can't really find any information anywhere?

Thanks for any answers!

Craft them, toss them in your inventory, endless potion buffs until you remove the pendants (and the effect wears off) or until you die holding them.

Oh my god! I never knew! Thanks, that should really help a lot!

Is it Level III like the regular crystal lamps/potion crystal stands?

Ah, yes, perhaps it is.

Or perhaps it CAN be.

Well it better be, I'm not one of those hardcore nut's but even I think having every positive crystal buff active on you is a little bit broken. But one at a time I can dig.

Actually what would be nice is a pendant that turns all the geostrata stone in to regular stone when you mine it.

I enjoy my inventory being filled with all these brilliant stones!.... Said nobody ever.

I'm with you padfoote! I enjoy them as building materials. Granite and basalt :)
I will say I do like basalt.

I just hate everything else. It's just annoying and fills up my bags.

Not to mention crowds up my ME System

I feel like I'm the only one that likes the various types of stone added by GeoStrata... :(

Even the limestone?

Any bet you only like 3-5 types of Geostrata stone and you excuse the rest becasue you really like those few types of stone.
That or you never manually mine ever and Or you are a savant when it comes to inventory management.

Actually to elaborate on the idea you can make the pendant convert to the stone of your choosing. I can excuse ugly textures but it's the fact there's like 16+ varieties of cobble and one strata can have 5 types even more if you chose an unfortunate mining level that clips 2. It's annoying to mine an ore and have it not enter your inventory realizing 6 slots are occupied by weird stones that haven't gone past 1 digit in stack size.

Eyamaz should add it to BnB sans the buff crystals, but is he that level of cruel?

Now what was the thread topic again?

Getting back to the topic, it seems that you can't place the pendants in the TiC slots... Bummer... Not a big deal though!

I find the night vision pendant extremely helpful.
It should be the first one anyone gets.

Yes, even limestone. I haven't found one I don't like, and yes, I do mine constantly and have no storage issues with the stone.

You don't see that repeating off center cross pattern that obviously looks like a ill attempt at using the offset feature in GIMP (or other image editing software)? Getting tiles to blend in naturally and not look like tiles is tricky to pull off, I'll give Reika that.

Well, at least chisel recognizes the limestone as a convertible block.

What about granite? That's not only horrible looking but takes forever (comparatively) to mine.

Maybe I have to experiment with the stones one day, maybe I'm just not enough of a builder to see the blocks potential in a build.
