Im asuming you'r using fraps.
FTB don't like fraps.

Simple as that.
Try Dxtory. It's very similar to XSplit, but more versatile, allows for many different codecs and, most importantly, records in a single video file instead of many fragments.
This I find to be annoying, since Fraps is the most user friendly program I've found.Im asuming you'r using fraps.

I like it!No, it doesnt work well with java, just found one called EZvid, its really good (for a free software)
As far as I know, yes. Just make sure to use the Lagarith Lossless Codec, as it's the one I've found to be generally the best compatibility-wise. I can't confirm, though, I mostly use Premiere Pro for my video editing needs, but it should be fine.does the file work with sony vegas easily??
It could just be the version of fraps, or the computer being used.I can report that it's not an interaction between FRAPS and FTB that's the problem. It works just fine for myself, and several other YouTubers.
I like to use camtasia. its simple, user freindly. and no ads or limits or that kinda stuff.what would you recommend as an alternative to fraps?
THIS WORKS YOU BEAST! I MAY HAVE TO FEED YOU!!! (Get the reference? no? ok...poor joke sorry)I find if you close the debug window when launching your game both FRAPS and DXtory work fine
