FMP is a dependancy for several mods in the packs and is automatically downloaded if not present. you can't disable it or remove it.

He is running the latest version. The error was caused after he clicked on a fluiduct. I was going to suggest reverting back to the recommended one to see if anything changes.

in fact the error appear every time I'm pointing at a fluiduct which is updated, for exemple if I'm looking at it while someon is breaking it.
