My forge.cfg file's beginning looks like

# Configuration file

####################
# general
####################

Where did you get that "inflating: config/forge.cfg" there ?

E: I'm not good at computers, but I try
E2: Eyamaz I'm waiting for your comment because that's how I've learned stuff before.
E3: Ashzifdsgdfg is fine too.

This is what your config should look like. Delete the inflating: config/forge.cfg part.
