Greetings, all!
I'm liking FTB Infinity (FTBI) more than my previous modpack (Tekkit). There are some things I miss and would like included in a future version:
-Treecapitator. Being able to hack down all trees with an axe by just attacking the bottommost square of said tree is handy and efficient. It's slightly more efficient than the default game's 'chop and move' strategy to harvest everything. This method seems to produce more saplings due to using a tree to remove an entire tree (with brances) at effectively the same time. If this mod is included in FTBI, I would like Treecapitator not to work on the giant redwood trees since part of the fun of the redwoods is carving them away block by block.
-GalactiCraft. I chose Tekkit because I wanted to go to the moon. Due to server glitches, we never reached that point.
It also turns out that these mods I wanted are already in FTBI.
-MystCraft. I like going to alternate dimensions and making my own dimensions. It seems fascinating to finally combine this with BiblioCraft, Thaumcraft and a host of other mods from FTBI!
-Nether Ores. This mod turns the nether into a higher-risk, higher-return mod instead of of just a higher-risk with generally low return regardless area.
