I've been deleting the old folder and redownload it...but i still get this message every time...when it is loaded and i close out the window and re-launch the modpack it will always want to re-download the pack when it is loaded. i also deleted my launcher and re-downloaded that as well. help!?

You can try to manually replace your minecraft.jar with 1.4.6 from http://assets.minecraft.net/1_4_6/minecraft.jar pretty sure Forge should want 1.4.7 though. The only thing I can think of is that the version of minecraftforge you have in instmods is wrong somehow.

If you don't want to use 1.4.6 then you can try replacing MinecraftForge.zip with http://files.minecraftforge.net/minecraftforge/minecraftforge-universal-1.4.7-6.6.1.524.zip making sure you name it MinecraftForge.zip.

i placed the .jar file...but like i mentioned that everytime i launch the pack it will automatically want to download the pack like it is non existant.

If it still tries to update the modpack then go to Edit modpack in the launcher and disable MinecraftForge.zip and add http://files.minecraftforge.net/minecraftforge/minecraftforge-universal-1.4.7-6.6.1.524.zip

it works, thanks. but it still keeps trying to redownload the pack like its not even there...i have to cancel the download to get it to work.
