This is for everyone who does not understand how to install forge 1.6.
I don't know yet, either, but anyone who knows, can you please put it in the "replies" section below.

I REALLY think you're ahead of yourself.

Calm down. Back away from the keyboard. 1.6.x still has wet paint. Relax. You aren't missing anything right now. Go play with the horsies in vanilla, and be patient.

Let's wait till RP2 is updated before we start 1.6. That seems like a good amount of time to wait before answering tech questions.

It's going to be at least a couple days before there's a stable Forge 1.6 release for end-users. There are also significant changes to the way textures and sounds are maintained : very, very few, if any, mods will work without a separate release 1.6.1-friendly release..

Wow, did I not just say in the other thread that the version of forge out is for modders to update their mods? The versions with the new features are not released yet. Go read cpws tweets. Its pointless to even download it if your not modding atm.

Lex also said today that the build that was just pushed for forge is ONLY for adventurous modders. As in, not stable:p
