Filler not Fillering-ing

He guys, I consider myself pretty good at FTB but this one has me stumped. I cant get the filler to run on this spot. It is receiving power, the area has the tape, and the clear recipe is in the filler. Any ideas?

I see the pattern looks right in the filler but the light on the top of it (pic3) are red, simple question here but have you tried taking out/replacing one of the glass blocks to see if the colour on top goes green?

I did, it flashes green for a sec then back to red. Also before i gave it power it was green, then when I did it turned red.

Animal may cause it. Lava will cause it. Need to remove critter and remove lava by collecting it or converting to obsidian.

Yup, that was it. Thanks man, Didnt think mister Wilson would affect it since they dont effect the quarry
