F.T.B crashes

When i try to type in the item bar for nei also no items are showing my F.T.B crashes . on log in to ftb i get this error :

Error written to nei 3-6-2013 at 18.42.3.113.txt

also when i go in to or come out of the nether my FTB crashes
Can anyone please help

thanks for the QUICK response and your sincerely helpful Humor and i sincerely regret assuming that this would be a place to get help i under stand that it would take to much of your ever so valuable time to simply ask me for my crash log it was obviously quicker for you to come up with your ever so witty retort .
but i would like to inform u that buy the time it took ur short blue bus to get u home from ur anger management classes i figured it out myself.
