Extract items from full inventory

You need to make an item called an autarchic gate. It requires an assembly table.
In order to use your autarchic gate, you need to use a wooden pipe. You connect your wooden pipe to your chest, and then right click the autarchic gate onto the wooden pipe to insert it. Then, right click on the autarchic gate and there will be two empty selection boxes.
On the left, you want to choose the condition of "Inventory Full", and on the right, you choose "Energy Pulsar".
This means that whenever your chest is full, the autarchic gate will be active and starts pumping out items until it is no longer full (i.e., 1 empty spot in the chest). The item(s) will be pumped out through the wooden pipe. If it's not connected to anything, it will spit out the item on the floor.
