ggThis by far is one of the worst servers ive ever been on. Lag horrible. You are not allowed to speak in spawn. So noone can help you. Noone welcomes you. Horrible.
There is a small 6x6 area at spawn where players can't speak, to prevent advertisements, some just join and start spamming. We have a Forum for any help needed if there is no staff on. The server does not lag that much, i believe you could not pass the login system and got stuck in there, so i don't know how did you test for lag only from that point.

I think this server's awesome, good protection and community, I recommend everyone who reads this that hans't joined yet to hurry it up and come!
