Anything I don't have a project table plan in place for that I end up using over and over.

I love circuits because so many GT recipes let you bypass them: IN YO FACE circuits! I have Autarchic Gates and Pulsating Chipsets! I smile at the circuit project table every time I neglect it :)
Oh man this, so much this. I built a two stacks of lasers assembly table just because of this.

Swords. I take one in the very beginning to kill a couple cows for books for mods. What do i do with the extra stick?

Electronic circuits. I hate rubber so much. At least we have MFR trees now which are easy to find.

PROJECT TABLES. I NEED A CRAFTING TABLE FOR IT. THEN WHAT DO I DO WITH THE FIRST ONE? Why not just leave the middle blank so its like an upgrade?

HV solar arrays... Not the recipe specifically, but the amount of grinding you need to do back down the line. Overclockers and circuits are high on my list as well, along with RE-batteries for some reason. I hate making RE-batteries.

I don't know why people are complaining about gears. Easy recipes that mostly make sense.

The only things I don't like are recipes that I have to make a lot of that have non-stacking ingredients. AE fixed all of that, though. No more goofing around with coolant cells.

Hm. I dislike Thuamcraft 3 and it's infusion table. Why? Impossible to automate it. Hate is too strong of a word for this and me. I dislike things with odd numbers of sticks and planks, but that's not really a issue to me for one simple reason: I don't craft a lot of them. And I craft myself a sword and a pocket crafting table generally about the same time, which is why I don't really mind them.

And once I get a fabricator, I won't have a real excuse for disliking some builds. And again, once I have a item IO, I have less reason to hate various things.
What really bugs me is the fact that I need to mine redstone for the engineering bricks. Damn they look nice and I wish I had more of them.

Pretty much everything in Steve's Carts.
"Okay so I need this many wooden panels of this size and that many in that size and then there's another size and then I need iron panels and some need redstone but not too many..."
If I ever consider making a Galgadorian drill, someone please shoot me. Not because of the resources but because of the assembly time... and that's not counting for the time for the silly cart-maker to construct the thing I just constructed, what's with that??

And I use Euius's one :p

That's what excited bees are for. And UU.
Yes, that is true. But both require massive time investment to use. Its like how I dislike how everyone and their mother uses emeralds as the highest tier for things. You either need to mine in a single biome and pray you find some, or find a village and pray that one of the villagers has a acceptable trade. Or of course, there are bees, but again, massive time investment, or UUM with GregTech, but that too requires tons of time.

Plus emeralds are rare in vanilla only because they have next to no use. Except of course, trading with inbreds.

xD
Yes I never knew why emeralds are used so frequently...I guess it's sort of like Lapis: useless, unless you play with mods.
If someone hasn't already they need to add a UU bee.
Of course this would be like uber crazy expensive and hard to produce, and hard to code that, and considering I've never played with bees really then I wouldn't know a good approach as to take this "task" on but I think it's a good idea.

OOh yes! How could I forget Steve's carts! These must surely win the thread. But Steve manages to redeem himself because they are just so utterly awesome once you've got them made. If he makes them work with non-vanilla saps then he will win an internet.
