And to be completely anonymous, you would need to have no control over which alt you get. I would personally say use the already made alts instead of people making their own.

Should be OK.
Since a few people have already created some new alts and sent them to me, I'd say that if anyone says "I want Dinkatron", and nobody's claimed Dinkatron yet, they should get to spy on Dinkatron.
The anonymity is up to the player. The best way to achieve it, I guess, would be to create an alt totally unrelated to your regular account.
Also note that you will not be using the alt you send me in-game, just spying on it.
Perhaps the best way to handle the already-created alts would be to PM me which one you want, and I'll relay it to Shazam.

FYI: At approx. day's end tomorrow (in about 20.5 hours), I'll choose some random alts for those who have asked for alts from Shazam, without specifying which one.
I'm also accepting requests for the existing alts (as listed on the Organization thread) via PM, which I'm anonymously relaying to Shazam. Posting here works as well, but if you want to keep which alt you're spying on secret, PM works better.

Actually, scratch that, I'm not really up for bothering with constantly changing accounts etc., what with, you know, time.
Make an alt and send me the info (or PM me the name of one of Shazam's), so you'll receive email copies of all PMs sent to that alt. Then, between closing the signup thread and opening the game thread, I'll change all the passwords and give each player a different alt, chosen at random, to use in the actual game.
For example, say you PM me requesting @Muse Thaila. During the game, you might end up using, say, @Lapis Lazuli, but you'll still see all the PMs sent to whoever ends up using @Muse Thaila.
