Yes. All the drives on the left side are pretty much full of them, I think there is only one or two preformatted "normal" cells in there.

i'm pretty sure that black hole chest has nothing to do with EE2.
...Derp. Black Hole RING in a ALCHEMICAL CHEST. My thoughts are a bit muddled right now. Yeah, the Black Hole chest from Tubestuff is OP and fuck. Yes, One can use that term and not have it be subjecive for once. Infinite storage, 1 chest. Not even that expensive either, but what price would make it balanced? Your first born child? No, sorry @Jadedcat and @Eyamaz this isn't a usable suggestion... yet.

There are rumors of a LP version designed for Itemducts. Bevo mentioned them on his channel, but I've heard nothing since.

AE is guaranteed not to have bounce back which is amazing. LP has much more precision. Frankly, I use both. You can save a little on resources, by using the buildcraft assembly table to make processors, but it's not a huge savings.
Ya, the TE integration is in the normal version of LP. You can use either BC pipes or TE itemducts, or even the fast or opaque ducts. It works well with TE, only it is quite a bit slower since the ducts just don't move things as fast as you can with the BC/LP pipes. But if you aren't to worried about how fast things are moving from point A to B, you only want to automate your TE duct system using Logistics Pipes there ya go. :)

Use at your own risk. The LP config file says:
Code:
    # Enable Support for TE conduits to allow them to connect LP pipes.
    # This feature MODIFIES TE. That means that bugs inside TE could be caused by LP.
    # DON'T REPORT BUGS TO TE WITH THIS FEATURE ENABLED.

I use LP for distribution around my base and use my AE system for the storage per se. LP works on stone pipes so you can distribute around all your base with no extra cost for distance. And the certus quartz I save seem enough to hold anything my quarry could out put (beside I recycle/trash my cobblestones).

I added AE to my Lite2 recently, so no reserves of Certus. Except those that I cheat in:) I think I should put some quarries in new chunks...
Anyway, my AE works nice now with just chests and filing cabinets.

No, they are quite cheap. Especially considering that each can expose a double chest to network.

I will check it then if it is quite cheap ai may use this system in my let's play. When you migrate to discs it's not like buses will be wasted so actually it sounds good.

Lost as always
And if you have Minefactory Reloaded, Storage Bus + Deep Storage Unit = 2 BILLION of a single item. Perhaps not quite as space efficient as a 'pure' AE network, but much less expensive.

Once LP duct support is out of the 'this is alpha and buggy and will probably do bad things' phase, I may actually go back in and re-introduce them to my game. Oh, wait... probably not. It's still dependent on BC. If there was a version that was dependent on TE and NOT BC that works with ducts and not pipes, however...

Biggest limiting factor for internal storage seems to be number of types of items. So, Chests and Filing Cabinets can be used to hold junk that you have a few of each.
...or you can just have a lot of 1k storages.

Speaking of that, is it possible to balance ME net so things that are plenty are kept in big storage cells and things that are are scarce in 1k cells?

Somewhat. Not in general as you word it, but you can preformat cells for stuff you have plenty of and put it in drives with high priority.

Why one wouldn't preformat pretty much every drive the own is beyond me. Also yay for AE2 and protecting your network with a security system. Extra Cells is cool and all, but it doesn't do as much as AE2 does with it's toys. Plus, FMP support on ME cables? Noice. If only we had something like that for AE 1... like EnderIO Bundled ME Cables which do support FMP IIRC.

Ender IO cables have their own kind of facade, I'm not 100 % sure, but I don't think they support FMP, at least not in 1.6.

Also, with the exception of my extra cells block cells I have only 4 or five preformatted cells in my network =)
(Of course with all the block cells I have only about 15 or 20 "normal" cells in total in my drives :p)
