Is there some item that allow me to cycle between it´s sub-id´s?
I mean, something that allow me to make oak stairs into spruce stairs or birch stairs for example?

With Equivalent Exchange you can convert wood types, but not stairs directly.

Would a minium stone do that?

I know that in my Natura Redwood base I used to use half slabs (to prevent spawning) for my floors, made from the wood I hollowed out of the tree.

I could instantly transmute redwood half slabs into eucalyptus half slabs by breaking them, and it only took one hit to do so. I'm guessing it's a bug. I use stone half slabs now.
