OH MY GOD, HELL YES! I have got to try this, now. On a server. With people to fucking watch as I casually violate the laws of morality and common human decency.there's a very strange reason that I don't use these anymore. did you know calo burners will run off of villagers?
...I love you guys.Well... we had some folks try to smelt villagers for emeralds. With the gravestone mod installed, we kept having the smeltery clog with villager memorials.
The player base asked that the config be changed to lower our moral standards and not create memorials for villagers. Emeralds were more important. ;]
You sir (I hope?), I like! [DOUBLEPOST=1403176542][/DOUBLEPOST]When you think it can't be broken, chances are, I can and will break it. Its only intentional about half the time, lol.

Aye, that was my main problem with FZ when it first came out: it was solar-only. I'll have to look into this and see if the steam is better spent in a steam dynamo, or in an industrial steam engine from Railcraft...something tells me TE is going to be better, lol.Just update on testing. 4 calorimetric burners can support 5 dynamos on full power so. 400RF/t. 5 Boilers stack on top of each other with some mirrors (like stack or so) can support 13 dynamos at full power so 1040RF/t during sunlight. Not bad results really. Only problem is that variant with mirrors bares a cost of 8 stacks of silver to build and only functions during sunlight.
I think the top-tier engine produces 8mj/t, which is the same as a steam dynamo.Aye, that was my main problem with FZ when it first came out: it was solar-only. Really? I could've sworn it was 16 MJ/t, and that all TE dynamos output a steady 40 RF/t (equivalent to 4 MJ/t), and that the only thing that different fuels did was burn at different rates, making some more efficient than others.I think the top-tier engine produces 8mj/t, which is the same as a steam dynamo.
