Can't log onto a server, outdated mods.

There's a few reasons. First off, you need the right version of Java, Optifine helps a LOT. (Which you can download here, which is the version that works with the mod pack I'm providing in a few minutes.)

Check the Tech Support thread. There's a few topics that'll help.

I have 7 update 9, Installed Optifine... I'll check with your mod pack. Checked the Tech Support too, thank you for this too.

Not an issue there... watching a youtuber play Tekkit, said FTB was out...so I came over here, I've waited this long, I can wait a few more minutes.

there seems to be a new update on the on the launcher, it now only complains on portal guns when you wanna conect to the server.

When I log on it says there's still an update to fix something... me and my gf both get that :p (single player that happens)

Well, the client update is out.....but the server version repo link is dead. And the website link gives the wrong version.

I was too lazy to re-log... I'll give you the actual issue.

Thermal Expansion: A new version is available: 2.0.8.1 Fixes a bug with the Powered Furnaces and invalid input. Sorry about that.

What I see when I log single player.

I have my own server so I just removed portal from the server side as I haven't gotten around to using portal guns yet, and everything seems to work, but you need to do that server-side.

That's been there for a while. That's not a bug it's just an outdated mod that decides to scream at you when you open a world.

not to crap more in the pond, but there seems to be a butloads of errors on log now, compared to before that you could see well a few, and omg that damn portal gun just gives code errors all the damn time.
