Can't log onto a server, outdated mods.

Minecraft 1.4.4 (1.4.2 when launching FTB)

Java 7 update 7 64 bit


I downloaded the server, it ran fine, but when I try to log on it says...

connection failed: missing [ThermalExpansion|Core, GregTech_Addon, ExtraBees], bad versions [TwilightForest, ThermalExpansion|Factory, ThermalExpansion|Energy, StevesCarts, ModularForceFieldSystem, factorization]

My gf gets it too, and she's right beside me.

Have you tried a fresh install of both the server and client modpacks?

They were downloaded less then 30 minutes ago, but I'll try that, and I will update Java.

I've just noticed they've updated the modpack. I'll look into it.[DOUBLEPOST=1353359375][/DOUBLEPOST]Okay yep, I'm getting the same issue. I'll try to update my server files and find a fix.

well its simple, the client updated today, that doesnt mean that the server also updated, if you update the launcher to 1.0.6 your are not gonna be able to log in to the server since the mod pack has newer versions than the server.
I have a server and im waiting for the server pack to be updated to install it, but in the filter option of the launcer it says "no server version avilable" so im guessing they are on it ;)

I'm backing up my world before I do this. You guys should too if you mess with your server stuff.

Working on it.[DOUBLEPOST=1353360444][/DOUBLEPOST]Okay so i did a fresh install of the server files and it's giving me the bad mod dialogue. It seems that, away from manually adding the mod files yourself, there's no way to update it without a fresh install which doesn't seem to have been released yet.

I'll dropbox the modpack version that works with the server files. Please allow for a moment for it to sync and I'll post with the link.

I've just realised the file's far too large to just dropbox... Weird.
Lemme mess with it a bit.

EDIT: It would help if I took the texture packs, saves and logs out first.
