buildcraft pumps

i was hoping somebody could tell me what is wrong.

i made this underbase place and ofcause want to have pump the water out, but everytime the pump takes a water blocks a new comes right away and this is in the top its 8 blocks high

You're trying to pump out infinite water source blocks. It's not going to work. Use sand or gravel instead to cover the water up without having to place blocks underwater.

Vanilla water changed in 1.5 to refill when theres water below it (making oceans impossible to drain via pumping- Even the redpower or gregtech pumps wont do it.)

Try a filler with cobblestone/solids or MFFS sponge upgrade.

filler underwater have power to it and mode gave all the gravel it could take and land marks placed and area is made nothing is happing ?

yes to fille it turned green nothing happing

SSP or SMP and does your SMP server use MCPC+ if so get the admin to OP [[Buildcraft]] if you're on a server with grief protection do /trust [[buildcraft]]

we found out that the power supplie i use wasnt chunkloaded, no one knew that
