And extra cells block storage cells, which are kind of a barrel as well =)There are also Mekanism Bins, by the way.
...Gregtech has Quantum Chests ..
There is one texture. There is no way to texture all 9 JABBA barrels like that because they use a single texture. That's what I'm saying texture them all the same.
maybe we are being to generous I'd say 8 weeks.5 weeks.
5 weeks.
That's when I get ore processing done......
You will get them after 3 weeks of play.
I minetweaked the recipe so it's 8 dirt in a circle.maybe we are being to generous I'd say 8 weeks.
I remember there were a list of recipes in Gregtech that did not show up in NEI and made the game very easy. It was a joke and in only one version.Forget weeks... You'll never get the chests! Greg has trolled you with a new recipe meanwhile (disclosure: GT player )
Aaaand related to barrels, look what's coming in TE!
KingLemming said:I know, everyone loves speculation and all, but I may as well lay it out.
Yeah, these are basically TE's single item storage solution. No, they don't really have any benefits compared to any other similar solutions from a feature point of view.
Storage is 10k, 40k, 160k, and 640k for the various tiers. Internally, storage is not stack based, so the normal stack limitations of the item don't matter. 640k swords is absolutely possible.
No, we won't be going higher than that. 640k ought to be enough for anybody.
They don't hold as much as a DSU, and they're less feature rich than JABBA barrels (although this actually makes them run a bit better). However, not everyone plays with either or both of those mods.
They work, they're simple to make, upgradable, portable, and they don't spam network traffic, as there's no item counter on the outside.
I hope that instead of 10k 40k etc as the names they keep the hardened, reinforced, resonant nomenclature (maybe with the actual storage size somewhere in the tooltip
Also, FZ barrels can be pushed with a knockback sword after drinking a strength potion ( in survival mode). I wonder if someone made a minigame out of this already.
I know what you mean, but I guess its the price you pay for the convenience.Jabba is OK, but upgrades system is bothersome. I can't just craft a stack of megabarrels and plop them where I need them and as much as I need, I have to craft several types of upgrades that stack only by 16 and add them one by one. Not TOO hard, but makes me squint each time I had to do something JABBA-related.
