quick question for all you botania lovers, I know you can turn regular mystical flowers into floating flowers using a pasture seed and a piece of dirt, but you should also be able to do the same with all the functional flowers of Botania.
now I do see these floating functional flowers in NEI, but there's no crafting recipe available, and I also tried searching the lexica for an answer, but I couldn't find one.
so my question is, does anyone know how to create the functional floating flowers from Botania?

I think you combine a mystical floating flower with your functional flower in a crafting table. I believe I saw Direwolf doing that in one of his videos.
 
Ijfa has it on the dot, combine a functional/generating flower with a floating decorative flower and you get a floating functional/generating flower

This also works with pure daisies and manastars.. wait pure daisies? that gives me an idea....
 
Why does my sugar cane multifarm miss some of my reeds? It collects all but two, they are center with the farm and face south.

It's not released yet. The only people with access are those who donate X amount on Patreon

Do you have a hole in the farm blocks(the layer of stone bricks, smooth sandstone, etc) between the reeds and the Farm structure? The farm tests for compatible farm land in radial paths. If you make a hole for access to the underneath of the main structure for example, it will result in it "casting a shadow" for the farm land in that direction.
 
In the resurrection pack, if you hold shift, suddenly everything becomes "Unnamed" and your game starts lagging, badly. What's causing this, and how can I turn it off?
 
Due to the aformentioned problem, I cannot read what the Thermal Expansion augments do. Can anybody make a short note of what each type does?

Do the villagers supply 2000 blood essence when using the well of suffering?
Notes for clarification - Direwolf20 1.7.10 pack, specifically I am thinking of a cursed earth mob farm with grinders above an MFR auto-spawner getting essence from the grinders with a well of suffering and altar below.
Someone has suggested that there is a penalty for killing villagers, I quote - "There is supposedly a penalty of some sort with slaying villagers though. The one website I use as a reference hints darkly at it, but doesn't specify what might occur if you do so"

There isn't a penalty that I know of. For 2k LP each, villagers are great!

Maybe it is just the built in minecraft villager reputation system? Where once you kill enough of them they will stop trading with you?
Not that it matter anyway, we have the smeltery to get the emerald out of their system.

Why do bots spam on ftb forums and what are their purpose for doing so?
They spam here because they can (not that they are allowed)
And their purpose is to try and sell as much crappy products as possible...
