With Iguana Tweaks (in Magic Farm 2), how do I replace parts on a tool? I've done it a couple of times but I can't remember the process. I'm trying to replace a flint shovel head with copper. I've tried in the repair and shovel making options in the Tool Station. I've also tried replacing a copper pick axe head with iron and I can't figure that out eiither.

How does one make an advanced circuit that required lapis dust? Am I meant to play casino untill I get silktouch or what? The machines ive tried so far that can make lapis dust require an advanced circuit.
Im testing out a self-made modpack, but IC2 and gregtech is part of it. And many others, but even with all the others it seems lapis creation is hidden in some machine I have not yet realized. Or like I said.. silktouch. But I would not want that to be the only option.

Indus centrifuge required advanced circuit.
I might have to make a custom config if there is no rational way.. I might look at Bronze Age again, but afaik it had to be lapis ore.
Progression is really fucked up by default. GT needs an overhaul.
Java probably can't handle it. Too much space. Wait for FTB Lite. Or build your own Modpack.
You'll need 64bit to play.
Oh, right. Been a long time since I played with GT.
Guess you'll need silk touch. I recommend using the Rockcutter as it automatically comes with Silk Touch.
hey guys i have a question about the Advanced solar helmet...i see it recharges my advanced jetpack and thats great. but i also see it has a stored EU of 100,000. what is the stored EU for? it doesn't use it for my jetpack if its not in the sun and it also doesn't use it for my mining drill

4GB is plenty for modded MC. Or does 32bit Java not allow even that much? Im running 102 mods at 2.2GB. Id suggest turning view distance real low.

If you have Thaumcraft and Thaumic Tinkerer you could get a Silk Cutter. Or you could just use one of the many mods that make enchanting not a roulette wheel.
