Make sure you have the required LP in your network before trying to use the recipe. It says 200LP and the apprentice is also in the prescription. I'm just wondering because of the red things above the chemistry set, so it should work.

there's no ReactorCraft in the pack, so it can't be that.
also note in the screenshots, even though it's night the parts of the garden biome are fully lit up. I haven't placed any items there that could light up the area. also the greatwood tree is on fire and almost gone and the silverwood tree is also almost gone, but there's no cause for the fire to break out (no lava near the trees) so it's weird how they caught on fire and are almost gone.
also notice the many holes in the surface (missing grass blocks) and the severe lack of grass and weeds
Maybe it has something to do with the volcano over there? I have no idea.
It could be a Thaumcraft hungry node. That would explain the light source and missing blocks.
$0.02: Sometimes when wandering around BOP worlds, I'd run into places sort of like this, where two or more biomes "collided" and the generator couldn't decide which block to put on top. IDK what happened. *shrug*there's no hungry node nearby, I've travelled alot of times around the landscape and I've never been sucked into a possible hungry node

I know that, but i found a ring that gives +1 ruinic armor and a belt that gives +8(pretty sure it was 8) ruinic armor. Neither seem to actually do anything while equipped.2) If you found mundane rings or belts in dungeon chests, these don't do anything. They are just crafting components for other stuff.
Better than needing the research. I haven't even started thaumcraft yet, so making a wand and filling it up is pretty easy.I forgot for a moment that they need vis form a wand to function

There is a way to add sounds to witches using resource packs: http://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/28fute/adding_sounds_to_witches_17_json/anyone know how to fix this problem? because it reports a line for every single witch in the game, so if you've a witch farm your log will quickly get spammed and the whole game starts to lag like crazy
Any crash logs? What could be causing this? It worked fine until the last pack update.
that's.... weird. I have another screenshot with the lighting problem, where it lights up an area where there's no items that could cause that.
I did drain the lava from the volcano that you see in the screenshot, so perhaps this could be caused by a lighting problem where it doesn't update the area
I also keep getting these errors from Witches
Code:[Client thread/WARN]: Unable to play unknown soundEvent: minecraft:mob.witch.hurt [Client thread/WARN]: Unable to play unknown soundEvent: minecraft:mob.witch.idle

I don't know what's causing it but leaving the world and reloading it fixes it for me. Not sure about multiplayer.I'm also having a weird lighting issue, where I mine a block and it leaves behind a dark space. Placing a torch doesn't even fix it, though it doesn't spawn mobs. I've got Fastcraft installed, so i'm inclined to think that it's the cause.
Also, I didn't know witches make sound. I'll have to check my logs and see if I've got the same lines.
