(Direwolf20 pack, v1.0.7 for 1.6.4. No extra mods, haven't messed with configs.)

I have a network of leadstone energy conduits between my engines and my machines. It works some of the time. Other times, I'll notice that my Harvester, or my ME network, or another machine is out of power, even though it looks connected properly. When this happens, I can fix it by tearing up and replacing the energy conduit network; best as I can figure it's a single block that's at fault, but a different one each time. I tried upgrading to hardened conduits, but they have the same issue.

Is this a known issue, and is there anything I can do about it?

could be that the conduits are filling their internal buffer. Disconnect all of your machines and let your engines/whatevers run for a while, then reconnect and see what it's like.

Some more testing:
I can cause it by using an interlinking Mystcraft linking book to go to a distant area, and then back.
When using a multimeter, one space will read isticking=no, saturation=100%, and the next will read isticking=yes, saturation=1%

Is the area with the conduit chunkloaded? Might be an issue 're-initializing' when the chunck re-loads. Also, I had an issue where I was crashing when right clicking on a Dynamo, even after the upgrade, however removing/replacing the Dynamo solved that issue. Might want to try re-placing the conduit.
