Elfin lied was the first anime I've ever watched actually. But that was years ago and I know pretty much nothing about it now. Guess I should watch it again.
not particularly, I loved HLP, though. Just got into anime recently.
Anyway, of course I'd recommend Nichijou (slice-of-life, comedy) and KILL la KILL (general insanity).
Also I haven't watched it yet but I've heard Planetes is pretty good.

Also, just finished Rosario+Vampire! Disappointed that there isn't a season 3, but it was pretty good!

I'm surprised it only has 9 signatures on it. Shame on you world, do you not see the need for kemonomimi?!? We need mostly human girls with animal parts!!11!
You do realise this is an ACTUAL petition right? That's sort of wrong isn't it?
Just realised, it's voluntary and you're just adding ears and tails. Change the goals, people will think you're serious. I don't believe you'll actually hire scientists.
Don't mean to be a party pooper, if you're serious, having cat ears sounds AWESOME. Forget about the do it yourself procedure though, that's not gonna be possible.
