I can reproduce your problem now. When trying to use /help or /? in the console I get the same error. I neglected to see that part of your post. In game it works just fine though.
Hadn't noticed until now. Went to make an XP Drain from openblocks. As of this version, it seems to be gone. Not disabled, like having the recipe removed. Just gone from NEI. Original recipe doesn't work. Checked the changelogs, no mention of it. Was this deliberate?
I can't seem to find out why, but I can't see infernal hives in NEI, so I'm not sure if it's worth it to actually spend lives exploring the nether. Are infernal hives turned off or do I just pray for luck?
There are about a dozen things from open blocks that are disabled for balance reasons. Among those are the XP drain, shower and bottler as well as the fans. Open Blocks has an option to not only remove the recipe, but completely remove the item/block from the game so not even creative can generate.[DOUBLEPOST=1400110508][/DOUBLEPOST]
I have seen them in the Nether as well as having my Ender Quarry accumulate a few bees. They are pretty rare though.

Got another bug report:
when I try to make mushroom stews I get the mushroom stews from Natura, I need the Hunger Overhaul ones.
There is no other way to complete that mushroom quest where you need 16000... or something of the mushroom stews.

If you're talking about the Fluid Quest....try using a Rancher on a Mooshroom.

AFAIK this was deliberate so you couldn't quickly farm and craft the stews.
I ran Opis... and found my issue is that I have consistent 200+ ping to my singleplayer world. I have no idea why, before yesterday I had no lag issues. I'm not sure if this an Agrarian Skies issue or something on my own computer. I've checked my anti-virus and that isn't fire walling anything, anyone have any other suggestions as why this is happening?
You're playing SSP? Not a local server connected with 127.0.0.1?
Opis should highlight the blocks with the highest tick rate.
I got a game crashing bug when attempting to modify a mattock... also found it impossible to even MAKE the mattock with more than one type of material.... not sure if this is a tinker's bug or if there is some sort of conflict.
I'm playing on my own locally hosted server - no lag - tried several times... each time resulting in a game crash and a nasty server error. Most recent version as of now (May 14).

So if I'm understanding the nether ore issue correctly (and please correct me if I do not):
Nethers made in 2.1.0 -- which is apparently the official version -- are fine.
Nethers made in 2.1.2 or 2.1.4 are not, unless you change the ore size from 2 to 3 (and possibly reduce the deposits per chunk).

Then click the server timing tab then check the tile entities and entities tabs for high numbers or post the screenshots. You can sort the columns by clicking the timing column header.

Why do you have 1024 laser drill pre-chargers?
Hellfish can be killed by using /cofh kill all. I will be turning off the ender modifier on infernal mobs in the next update because it keeps causing that issue. But 1024 laserdrill pre-chargers? o.0 that 256 laser drills...
Not sure if it's been covered or not (didn't feel like searching through 64 pages to find it) - Tinker's Smelteries won't create Aluminum Brass... I keep forgetting to get a screen shot, but essentially - all of the correct ingredients are in, but at the bottom of the smeltery "tank", it registers that it's supposed to make it, but keeps it at 0mb. Needless to say, I've had to "creative-mode" to get the Aluminum brass needed for stencils...
Screenshots would definitely help.
