Hey everyone, so I've just made my first (legit) advanced solar panel with the GregTech and I feel pretty happy about it! :D
After installing it into my current solar array I've come to notice that the max output for the solar is 32 eu/t although it is midday in my world and the sun is directly above my solar array at a constant generation of 8 eu/t. So I guess my question to you is: how would I achieve the solar's maximum output of 32 eu/t, if it is actually possible. Thanks! :')

8 (day) and 1 (night/rain) are the max for an advanced solar panel, the max output is 32eu/t which is low voltage so you can send it to a bat box with no fear of exploding it. The Hybrid panel for example outputs 64eu/t (day) and max is 128eu/t (medium voltage) so can be fed into an mfe but not a bat box or BOOM!

And also if it's internal buffer have power in it, it'll release that in 32,128, or 512 eu/t depending on the tier of solarpanel you have. (buffer size also get "upgraded")

ohhh so it's not the max generation of the solar panel, but the max eu/t that it can output, ohhh!
Thanks guys for the replies :D

And it is in fact the packet size it will always output.

For example, tin cable can handle 5 EU/p. If you set the advanced solar panel to only generate 5 EU/t in the config, and hooked it up with tin cable, it would instantly melt, because the panel still sends packets sized 32 EU all the time. It just makes longer pauses between sends if there's less EU being generated.
