You should all recognize me by now.
Im known as the guy that copies everything that direwolf does in his LP serie, but as i go along everything fucks up for me instead.

Alright, here is a list of issues i have right now:

1. Dropping FPS. Takes about half an hour then its down to constant 20/- fps
2. Dissapearing Steve carts. I had it for a long time before without problem, but now it has dissapeared twice on just two restarts of MC client. Only way to fix is to have a chunk loader next to it
3. Dissapearing golem worker. The one that is supposed to take the saplings from barrel into tesseract, dsissapears along the stevecart. Same thing, i have to use a chunkloader
4. Achievements keeps reseting somehow... I have gotten Twilight hunter a numberous of times now.. Even the Getting Wood keeps reseting.
5. My iron tank exits seems to forget that its supposed to let liquid out, check the picture:
b803y8.jpg

This happens to every tank. I will have to turn the lever off and on every time i log in to make it work again. Pretty fucking annoying.

6. Suddenly my sorting system stops working. There is NO reason for it to do that, i checked EVERYTHING. ID conflicts in barrels...chokepoints...power to the things that keeps it working... ALL is working like it should.
ONLY thing that fixes it is if i take the screwdriver and make it turn around and then back into position again. Its like "OH SHIT, I WAS TURNED THE RIGHT WAY!" and keeps going!

7. My computer that has the startup program installed, does start automatically. But it doesnt actually do the things i programmed it to do until i rightclick the computer to enter the GUI.
I just have to enter it, and then it starts doing its thing!

8. Weird stuff starts to happen in overworld. Random thunders and mobs spawning on midday, the thunders lit up the ground and sometimes there is even random explosions. (Yes i know flux creating this. But the flux level at where it occurs is None or Minimal, and this has been going on for quite some time now without me even using thaumcraft

Please follow these instructions:
Please follow these steps exactly: http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/9/0/basic-troubleshooting
This is to rule out any issues with your setup.
Please attempt to launch the modpack, and open a new world save to make sure the setup is correct.
Now, continue on to check your previous saves, changes to the pack, textures, etc. until you're able to reproduce the error with the clean setup.

When the error has been repeated, please post your complete client-side (launcher) console log in debug-mode to pastebin.com and link your paste URL here.
To find your logs and prevent them from expiring: http://desk.feed-the-beast.com/inde...29/1/what-log-do-you-need-where-can-i-find-it

If you're going to be rude, you aren't going to get help.

Well I am tired of the official tech support people over at the support center
I contacted you guys via tech support site and all i got was a ignorant response just like EA that i should disable my programs that runs in the background.
I done it, now what?

I want advanced responses, not simple crap that i have done several times already.
Its not that i have to restart my computer.
Its not that i have to allocate right amount of ram.
ITS SOMETHING ELSE!

To add,
I have played regular Minecraft over some hours on a server, and it was constantly 120 FPS with NO lag at all.
So its something with FTB or the mods

So if you got anything else than just that regular "basic blabla" fixes...
Please help me, but if you only going to insist on that and then after I done it to come to the answer "I dont know what is wrong" There is no point

Excuse me, but that's me you're talking about.
I can't give you good help if you aren't willing to try the suggestions provided to you.

Edit: Regular minecraft requires a small fraction of the amount of resources that FTB requires. Of course you're going to get better FPS with vanilla.

1. Mojang/Java problems when adding so many mods within the game.

2. You can ask for support here > http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/680276-15-steves-carts-2-v200a106/ > Has this isn't a problem with FTB itself

3. Again same as 2. Support > http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1585216-thaumcraft-305e-updated-2652013/ > Isn't FTB problem.

5. Again same as 2. 3. Support > http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/701990-151-railcraft-7000-forge/ > Isn't FTB.

6. Seems like Mod/User error. Could be due to your sorting system (redpower) or you have setup something wrong with not having an overflow chest. (Look into another mod to do your sorting like AE)

7. Seems like an error with computercraft here is the support site. > http://www.computercraft.info/forums2/

8. Has you know it's to do with Thaumcraft you can ask your questions here > http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1585216-thaumcraft-305e-updated-2652013/

Now that is all out of the way. You have to remember everyone here is to help if they WANT and being rude isn't going to get others to help either.

I understand that this may be making you mad as some things cause your gameplay not enjoyable but these things you have said don't sound be be an FTB problem rather then mods within the packs.

Yes, it can. As I have told you numerous times. You are unwilling to attempt the solutions I have provided you in the past.

When ALL other options fail to solve the issue, and the only remaining factor is your computer, then it's an issue with your computer.

Im unwilling to do the same steps I just did a couple of days ago. Its really annoying to do and i have to reput all the mods and configs to just get the same setup again, and last time it didnt change anytning.

how much ram have you allocated to ftb?

Im running on MultiMC as someone told me to add a few parameters and see if the lags get better or not, so the parameters is:
"-d64 -server -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=40 -XX:GCPauseIntervalMillis=150 -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -XX:+AggressiveOpts"

So the allocation for it is 4096Mb right now.
I tried to allocate 16GB and i tried all between 2-4GB.

I had suggested to you to try without a texture pack, to try changing the settings in Optifine. You were unwilling to do those things.

I don't know if you are aware of this but Minecraft was unfortunately never written to take advantage of multi core cpu's, which may be a limitation of java, like modern games do. I think, but I am not certain though, that using optifine alleviates the problem to a certain degree.

Also using texture packs can put even more of a strain on your system and the game itself. Rather than trying to run the game with all settings at max I would try and lower some settings. If you built your world exactly the same as Direwolf and you have been watching his let's play you will know that he moved his world to a server because he was having problems with low fps, which may have been caused by redpower 2's relays, although I think that his system is not as high spec as yours is.

I myself have a Core i5 running at 4.4ghz with a Radeon 6850 with 1GB RAM and 8GB of system ram. I also use the Faithful texture pack. I have downloaded his world and ran it, although not for very long and get around 50 - 60 fps.

The system requirements for Minecraft, here, running without mods is very low and seems to be only requiring a decent amount of RAM.

Nope, I have done it,
For example i disabled all paticles and animations, tried everything at low and setting the chunk load to default.

BUT, the only thing i havent tried is to NOT have optifine installed... Why? Because i cannot think Minecraft without it...
But Imma try it later tonight...
