Zans is out for 1.6.2, has been for a good while now.
I believe MFFS is for 1.6.2
Mo'Creatures is in Dev release
Highlands is 1.62, not just Dev

The following are 1.6.2....
Advanced Machines 5.1.2
ChargePads v2.8.0 (build 93)
CompactSolars http://files.minecraftforge.net/CompactSolars/
GregTech

Nuclear Control ?? not 100% sure on this one

I have seen a shaders mod that is fully 1.6.2 but they also say you can't use Optifine which to me makes it, "what's the point?"

You know, these lists keep implying there is a Thermal Expansion dev version out, but to my knowledge, it simply does not exist. If there is, can someone please link it to me?

you might want to read the Original post again:
-> Dev means the mod has (planned) versions for 1.6 but they are either in development, or unstable.he never claims that dev means its publicily avilable

There are dev versions that are open to the public. The phrasing leads to confusion. Perhaps "InDev" for in development and "DevVers" for developer version? Or something to note a clear distinction.

You misunderstand.

I'm not talking to the OP, but to the several people who have made that claim so far. Including the list of the poster right above the post you responded to. I've heard several people claim that there is a dev version available, when this is simply untrue.

Just spoke to King Lemming, with TE upgrading to TE3 and new fluid system going into Forge, FTB is now recommending world restarts in 1.6.

this implies that there is a TE3 dev version.
unless your arguing semantics and saying there is no TE2

TE is one of my favorite mods. The machines look great, work as expected, and I love the interface, especially the configurable input/output faces. Very much looking forward to TE3 !

Now you are the one arguing semantics. Several individuals are claiming there is a public dev version, which is simply not the case. Unless you'd like to point me at a link...

I certainly didn't. At no point does anything of my list state there is a public dev.

I used the exact same criteria that bigglesworth uses for his spreadsheet.

-> No means no sign from the author of plans to make an updated version and no version works with the current MC version.
-> Dev means the mod has (planned) versions for 1.6 but they are either in development, or unstable.
