[1.7.10] Binnie Patcher

I am going to include this mod in my modpack,Wurmcraft Ultimate, available on the FTB launcher with private pack code wurmcraft.
Thank you for making this patcher, I really like it.
But I have found a bug and a crash.
First the bug: The Brewer and the Distillery will produce infinite alcohol from a single set of ingredients, the only way to make it stop or change recipe is to break the block.
\o/ Infinite party.
The crash happens when I bonemeal the Pink Ivory sapling until it grows.

Try updating to 1.7, I'm sure I fixed the tree crashes once and for all. Also the brewer + distillery thing is weird as I haven't changed any of their logic.
The Pink Ivory has been fixed in the latest version (1.8).
The infinite alcohol still exists, but isn't a big issue.
Good, I'll take a look into the alcohol thing to see if there's anything obvious.
Unfortunately I have found another bug.
The coconut tree doesn't produce coconuts. I've tried this in a test world with 128 saplings, not a single coconut.
Leaf blocks can't be bonemealed, so I suspect that the coconuts should hang from the trunk like cocoa and bananas.

Somehow I have 6 missing items when I play Minecraft. I have updated the forestry mod to the latest which is version 4.2.12.

That's Forestry's own doing as it's moved into BuildCraft compat, it's not going to be an issue unless you have cans or wax capsules of fuel or oil.

This mod, "Binnie Patcher" is a patch to make Binnie's Mods and Forestry (beyond 4.something) work together.
