I hope it won't crash everytime like hermitcraft modsauce on the atlauncher <.<
 
Hey quick question, this is the game log that I'm getting:

Any idea what 'death.attack.steam' is? It keeps coming up in the chat when a lot of named mobs are dying.
I think the 'unable to play soundEvent' thing is just because I'm overloading the game like crazy with sound-producing things right now lol

EDIT: I tried replicating it in another world, and it doesn't seem to be related to named mobs, it may just be the 'unable to play soundEvent' events getting spammed to the game log.

DOUBLE EDIT: I found the cause, it's when a named mob dies in steam. It's supposed to say something like 'xxxx got steamed to death' in the chat, but instead it says 'death.attack.steam'.

For everyone complaining about performance: These are ALPHA packs, they have not even begun the fine-tuning. Do not expect perfection from the first release. I had performance issues with the first releases of the 1.6.4 packs, but they got better as the FTB team worked their magic.

Yes what @HeilMewTwo said this is an alpha pack.

On the other hand you could try fastcraft, I hear that helps alot of people

Heh, my desktop ran Lite fine, My two laptops... Not so much. Almost an hour tweaking Optifine to get stable 18-22 fps. But then, i'm not sure they even qualify as toasters... My phone has faster processors, and more ram than one of them.

Is Tinker's Construct to heavy to add in the Lite Pack? Also, I didn't notice any conduits from TE, or any fluid type pipes at all.
 
Yep like Thronk said why isn't TC in the Lite Pack ? As I can remember , it was in all the Lite Packs , and even almost all the packs ... Also will Meckanism be added in the Tech Pack ?
