Anybody else having issues with mutations just not working?
Goin to need more details than "just not working". Are you putting two cropsticks on eachother, are there two fully grown plants next to it that can mutate together, is the soil suitable for the mutation you want to achieve, ...

Wheat seeds on the left carrot seeds on the right, cross crop in between. All on farmland. No sugarcane. I also tried with potatos and carrots to get either melon or pumpkin, i can't remember which. All that ever happens is one of the crops just takes over the cross crop and suddenly i have 2 batches of carrots or wheat. I tried setting the mutation chance to 1.0 instead of 0.2 and that stopped the crops from taking over the plot but still no mutation. The cross breeding i got from NEI, but i noticed that after scanning all the seeds into the book the mutations dont appear. Mutations are just straight up broken for my game. I have several seeds at 10 10 10. Do you know if this is an incompatibility with any particular mod? Do you want a list of all the mods i use (theres a lot)?

First, what version of AgriCraft are you using, second does NEI tell you the mutation or not (if the mutation is not showing up in NEI then there is an issue with your configs)? If you have disabled NEI integration, enable it to check this please.

The mutations are only appearing in the journal once you have analysed both parent seeds and the resulting seed. What crop are you trying to obtain? If it is sugarcane you will need to put the crosscrop on sand, next to two fully grown parents.

So i noticed a bit of a problem with my config file.
integration {
# Set to false to disable Chococraft Integration [default: true]
B:Botania=true
Not sure if this is just a mistype or if there's an entire line missing for botania or chococraft.

Thanks for reporting. It is only a typo in the description of the configuration option and will be fixed in the next version.

Any plans for adding RotaryCraft support (fan farming)?

Right now I'm working on different features, but in the future I'll be looking into integration for more harvesting (Forestry, Ender IO, heck maybe even steve's carts if possible) options. I'll add RoC to that list as well then.
But it'll probably be a while, so if you want it really soon, maybe ask Reika to do it from his side, but i'm afraid he will be even more busy then me :s.

Discovered Agricraft via the Regrowth pack and now using it in the Infinity pack. Loving the mod. My question regards the config, specifically the line B:"Resource Crops"=true. I started a new map and realised that in this pack the default is set to false so changed it to true and restarted minecraft. Should seeds start appearing from cutting down long grass now or do I have to do anything else? Haven't had anything new drop, but I may just have been unlucky so far.

Discovered Agricraft via the Regrowth pack and now using it in the Infinity pack. Loving the mod. My question regards the config, specifically the line B:"Resource Crops"=true. I started a new map and realised that in this pack the default is set to false so changed it to true and restarted minecraft. Should seeds start appearing from cutting down long grass now or do I have to do anything else? Haven't had anything new drop, but I may just have been unlucky so far.

Custom Crops makes a new config file where you can specify your own crops to add to the game. For seeds to start dropping from tall grass you have to add those seeds to another config. You can find all these in the agricraft folder in the config folder.

EDIT: ok, sorry I derped. Resource crops are crops that produce minerals (iron, gold, tin, copper), based on what metals are in the oredictionary. You need to get them trough mutations, not by breaking grass.

Ahhh, thanks. Yep, I'm a bit confused by the resource ones. I was going by the screenshot in the OP that appears to show a Cuprosia growing above a block of copper. My NEI is showing Cuprosia seed as a 2.45% chance to drop from tall grass and isn't showing it as a mutation. Am I looking at the wrong thing???

After enabling the resource crops you might have to regenerate the mutations config file. You can do that in the main config file of AgriCraft. Note though that you need to backup any existing custom mutations and re-insert them after the mutations file has been regenerated.

So i finally got to the mutations for the Botania flowers but i don't get any petals from them. If I right click on them i get nothing, and if i break them they just give me the seed. They also have no fruit shown in the journal for me.
