I thought of something along the lines of some thaumic item that sorta helped with ink but I thought more along the lines of using the Tenebrae (If that was the one that was "Darkness") for "ink" Because squid were being a right pain in the Tucas to find. I built a squidtrap in a dessert too and it still didn't work. D; if I could just make a squid spawner I'd be happy but NOOOOO! No one ever thinks squid are worth mass spawning despite ink sacks being used in TC4 and AM2. (grumble)

Do you have any advice on researches with extremely high probability of being impossible (go die in a hole, Gold Wand Caps)?
Some research notes are very well impossible, but they wouldn't be there if you couldn't do them. Keep scraping notes until you find one that works.
M'kay I've put it off long enough, going to be redoing the Thaumcraft Extras 4.0 research.

Ugh. Okay so. I tried it in the bare bones lab. Let me explain what the bare bones lab is.
Forge, Zan's Map, NEI, Thaumcraft, Thaumic Cheatery, Thaumic Tinkerer and Advanced Thaumaturgy. The Console recognizes TCE. But the mod doesn't appear in game. At all.
Tried it on my modpack. ID conflicts. Not a good start.

ID conflicts resolved by giving them the id range of 912-920. Mod still demands it's own subcatagory in the thaumonomicon. I really don't think it warrants it, but nothing I can do about that.

I'd like to point out that the Research Block still doesn't give the player 999 of every aspect. Instead it gives 999 of the following: Aqua, Arbor, Exanimus, Instrumentum, Iter, Telum, Tempestas, Vacuos, Vinculum, Vitium.

It seems there's a pattern developing. The elemental blocks always have the primal aspect (Earth, Fire, etc) respective to the block plus the compound aspect Praecantatio. It's so mundane and monotonous that I have to make sure I activate every aspect to make sure I don't potentially miss an aspect while in my heart-of-hearts I know there won't be. Uuugh.

I retract my statement. The Earth Block has Terra, Praecantatio, Motus and Telum.
Well alright then... The Earth block uses cacti which spawn around the block when an entity walks on top of it. This doesn't happen when the block is placed in between other blocks, say level with the ground.

Just encountered the Ender Block which teleports you, and I quote, "to a random location", the effects of which are stacked depending on how many of these blocks are stacked on top of each other. I stacked four and was teleported 400 blocks away.
