I had screen caps of this on my phone from a youtube vid. It's so very helpful to have a high res pic to use. Now I don't have to alt tab in game or swipe pics on my phone.

Thanks

I keep it open on a second monitor. I can redo it as one long column which would work better for phone scrolling. I'll have one up a little later tonight for you Boss.

A person posted on my videos that you sent him there, just want to say thank you for mentioning me in your People To Thank post! Glad I can be of some indirect assistance :p
It's an absolute pleasure, good sir, considering your videos helped the first time I tried to look for a resource with Thaumic Tinkerer (1.5.x) and beyond being the only resource I could find, they inspired me to make reference guides myself for those who might prefer the use of references in text.

I'm happy to know that the guides are providing at least some publicity to your videos too. Your hard work deserves more attention than it gets. I'll be continuing to provide links to your videos.

Thanks again. I'll be watching~.

OH NO YOU DON'T. EXPLAIN YOURSELF RIGHT NOW, MISTER.

I think Azanor can explain it better for me ;)

Azanor said:
I added labels for a practical reason actually - they are not just cosmetic. A labelled jar cannot accept essentia that differs from its label and labelled jars get priority in the tube network. A labelled jar will actually draw essentia out of connected unlabelled jars.

As for the tubes:
Yeah, I've mentioned in the past that I probably won't add conduits again, but to be perfectly honest I missed them. More importantly however for blocks like the essentia centrifuge in the video I was struggling to think of a good way of getting the essentia into and out of it.

Golems could work, but golems have proven themselves to be a bit of a resource hog. For a large essentia processing system you will need a lot of golems and it may make server admins cry. The next version has a lot of below the hood improvements to golem AI, but they still use a lot of cpu cycles when compared to tubes.

It should be noted that tubes are actually quite a bit slower than your higher tier alchemy golems when it comes to purely getting your essentia out of alembics and into a jar.

Lastly there is something visceral about having to open or close valves to move the essentia around.

Combining essentia:
Maybe. I'm still debating if I should make that possible.

i am having serious trouble getting nitor. i researched both aspects listed here but havent got the nitor notes yet. lux gets me nothing but gaseous illuminea and ignis has gotten me the infernal furnace among other things. but no nitor though. what am i doing wrong? consequently i have completed the essentia distillation notes though.

Because you might have been playing offline -- when that happens you don't use your username and therefore don't have access to the Thaumonomicon's save data under your player name.

So givern the nature of the website's update. The layout needs a bit of tweaking in the front page, since the names of the damn research are now the size of the subheadings.

Goodygoody.
