There is an original version of it on the website for free. Not quite (well, very much not) the full version experience.
As notch has stated mulitple times, if someone can't afford Minecraft, he has no querlms with it being pirated. (Though once mojang is 'offically' bought by MS this will change)
Also, its amazing people just assume $27USD isn't that expensive. In the global scope of things, it may not be, but not everyone is a middle+ class first world country citizen. "BUT HE HAS INTERNET, OBVIOUSLY HE CAN AFFORD xxxx". Growing up I was at if not below the poverty line. When I turned 13-14yrs old, I busted my ass doing odd jobs around my neighborhood first to help my mom pay bills, and 2nd to get internet. After that there wasn't much left for 'extras' such as paying for games.

I had 13, then 26, then 52, I've never spotted it happening but I can only assume it's something to do with SFM and the Advanced Inventory Relay that I use to automatically refill the Camel Pack.

Are you making sandwiches at all? There's a glich that jellys return a bottle when making sandwiches, even though it doesn't cost a bottle to make the jelly.
The sandwich one is the only bottle dupe I've found. :/ If you don't mind, PM me others and I'll send them all to shane

I'm not really sure. But i have about 5k bottles in my AE system, due to crafting things mostly(automated). I only had about 500bottles from sandwiches.
it might be the rendering? I'll check the videos next episode and if it is the rendering i'll fix it. I haven't seen that before in my videos. Could be a bad upload? I just played back today episodes and the fraps record is good but the render one looks the same as this one? Might have to up the settings on it for the next ones.

I'd suggest locking the frame rate to 30fps for minecraft if you haven't. I had similar issues with a few of my uploads due to how frames are spliced in/out during the rendering process.
Edits: I meant 30fps as an example. What I wanted to get at is lock the frame rate so as to help eliminate the frame rate from jumping around. It was this 'jumping' behavior that caused my videos after rendering to appear blurry(pixelated) or studdering in places.

Q: Assuming I have a transfer node(over a cobble gen) pumping directly into a barrel with no other connections, what is the 'best' configuration of upgrades. Right now I'm running 3stacks of mining upgradings and a stack of speed upgrades. Would it be better to swap the speeds for stack/mining upgrades?
I've got a setup of 10 transfer nodes pumping cobble into 5 barrels(2 nodes per barrel). Then from those barrels I'm using SFM to craft each of the compressed cobble variants, moving up tiers when materials are available and want to maximize the process as much as possible.

SFM + 12 node of maxed Cobble generator+ misc generators is 1 sept an hour
I was suggesting to look at this because I remembered discussion of upgrades [min/max stuff] in the comments...not for the design. Ran across this when playing AgS [and enabled XU nodes based on this so I wouldn't have to deal with a field of Extruders / resulting tick lag].

It's a bug with Forge and Java 8. Use 7.
Make sure you have the latest Java 7 installed, then change the path to the java runtime under Options -> Advanced options in the ftb launcher, change "C:\Program Files\Java\jre8\bin\javaw.exe" to "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe" (assuming this is where you've installed Java), and you're good to go.
