    yeh that will be fixed after this weekend when the pack goes recomended 2.4.7 this weekend the main 2 servers are getting a pre-release of the map so you will beable to download 2.4.7 from teh launcher but you will have to wait till after this weekend to get teh map for single player and servers...

    there is a weapon you can make early game that will kill them pretty quick, they still regin health fast but its attack speed is pretty quick so you can atttack fast enough to kill them. i killed them in about 15 secs with this weapon but i was able to add a few modifires to it. not going to say...

    i like the way spice is set up in here, you dont loose food gain just saturation from the food, so you dont have to look for 20 different foods to eat, with the lack of inventory space that would be insane

    glowstone is super easy to get, every rftools building has one on top of it, and there is like 1 every 30 or so chuncks. on a side note, you can tell the bed would not beable to control day/night cycle you cant even control it in a dimension using NEI buttons, you cant even make it stop...

    dunno, i laways turn off the back up function, ever since i ate up 6 gigs of hard drive just in back ups i turn it off on every pack now

    yeh i dont think i have used linking books for travel when the charms are fairly easy to get, they give one away free per minecraft day at the mage tower

    did you try restarting minecraft? it coulda just been a visual bug with how fast you tried placing them, dunno, i havent had any issues with things not planting in agricraft yet

    one thing that makes this more intisive then most packs is the amount of custom npcs that are in the world, it is almost like having a player loaded in, even when they are not loaded. or at least that is the way i figure it

    i did that mistake, it turned out that i unziped the wrong map file, you will need to delete the template folder in the minecraft directory and copy the 2.4.3 template folder and start a new world and delete the old world

    i fixed it on my end but dont know why it worked, and it wasnt something a person that doesnt understand code would understand how to do for a test, if you understand code let me know and i will try to walk you through what i did and see if it works for you.

    ok just switchd railcraft to 9.4.0.0 from 9.5.0.0 in beta 2.4.1 and it deffenitly changed the item id's, @GreatOrator the new version adds like 20 new blocks i noticed it said were not there anymore when i loaded a save that was present while 9.5.0.0 was there

    that actually sounds like the mod its self is missing from your install or the item ids may have been changed by a mod you installed or for some reason the railcraft mod changed the item id's
