You are missing textures. Have you got a Resource Pack enabled? If no then I suggest you reinstall the pack, don't forget to backup your worlds.

    Connection Lost Internalexception

I meant that this disconnect issue is caused by signs, as in vanilla signs with text on them.

    FPS on infinity?

Are you running windowed or fullscreen? If you are using windowed I advise to install Fullscreen Borderless mod. With my 760 and FX-8320 the FPS increased from 30-50 to 70+

    Server Crash (Agricraft Error)

Oh god that log is a pain to read through, its one single line and anti-chronologic.... Instead of copying text from the console log of Multicraft or whatever you use, upload the fml-server.log file located in /logs./. EDIT or just give the crashreport.

I have read somewhere that you have to remove signs.

    FTB infinity 2.3.5 crash

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION This means it's trying to access a file it doesn't have permission for. I see your directory is C:\FTB. Put the directory in C:\Users\Name\FTB or something else or you could give the folder full permissions: 1. Go to the folder 2. Right click -> properties -> security...

Can't play LAN - No further information?

Instead of trying to connect via the Lan world which appears under the server list, do it manually by using the host ipv4 : port. Another thing you could try is letting him connect from another router

Starting up a FTB server freezes at Registering RFTools Dimensions

Well I had this issue once before. The server also stopped at "Registering RFTools Dimensions", and after a few restarts I figured why not type the fml confirm command. I did look for it though in the console log and I found the message a few lines down in the midst of console spam.
