You can try using shaders by downloading the shaders mod, dropping it in your mods folder and then dropping a shader pack into the shaderspack folder (create it) - it should work out of the box.

It is definitely live on the FTB launcher and it is even the recommended build. Is it possible that your launcher hasn't updated the mod pack list?

This was an issue caused by a library mod used by reliquary downloading the incorrect version on new clients. This problem should be fixed in the current update which is now live. Enjoy!
