Thanks for the detailed reply! There is a "chunk view" that works like a map of the world that I used to see the harsh transitions and derps from the misconfigured BoP. I deleted the chunks and it worked great! I missed a few spots so I am going back to clean it up but all in all it's way better...

Does anyone know of a mod or perhaps existing command (for DW20 1.6.4) that would force a regen on chunks because of the glitch in BoP I have some really funky world gen and it's really annoying. Nobody has developed in the area however so deleting everything there and having it regenerated...

I would just like to add I am in the same boat. Except my server never really had much trouble with killing itself. Very little lag, just heavy memory usage with CH. Running Direwolf20 1.5.2 v2 (1.1.3) I ran the top command and the minecraft server is the only process hogging all the memory.

I have had no trouble with moving to .7 .7 came out, updated my client through the launcher. To update my server I deleted the config, coremods, lib, mods folders, and server jar from the .6, and replaced them with the ones in the .7 server release. Working smoothly for me.
