Yea, but i had this same problem with tekkit once and i fixed it by downgrading to java 6. I kinda don`t want to downgrade my java because the latest update fixed many security holes. And normal minecraft works btw

I downloaded java 7 update 21 and i`m a windows 7 user. It gives me this error: "IOException, minecraft servers might be down", and i only got this after i upgraded my java.
