    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Ran into this issue this week as well. Wandered close to a couple deer, and at certain viewing angles, one of their bodies is superimposed over my character's head. Switch to external view, and the body clearly shows up (but again, only at certain angles). Move the viewing angle up or down, and...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

On my server, I've got a couple bases set up: my original northern base with the beautiful scenery, and a second southern base near (but not too near) the other player on the server. It's about a game day's travel between the two by boat. I thought about building an airship, but I'm not seeing...

Wasn't meant or implied to be rude. Just stating it plain and simple. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

There's this called a wiki. Oddly enough, there seems to be one for Terrafirmacraft: http://wiki.terrafirmacraft.com Help yourself. Now, if you need to be spoonfed, then I would say this modpack does not meet your needs and you should either state your piece and move on with life or get busy...

Try removing and adding the mod pack in the FTB launcher.

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Got a small server running out of my living room, likely limited by my 'net connection upstream connection (5 Mbps). Latest version of TFC and MyTown2. Haven't gotten the item for MyTown2's town creation set yet (currently Minecraft diamonds), that'll be determined later. Address...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Go to the FTB site: http://www.feed-the-beast.com/ Locate the "Download Now" button. Do not click it. Look underneath that button. There's a View All Downloads link. Do not click it. Underneath that button, there are links to the legacy client for Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems. Click...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Figured I'd take a boat ride across an ocean last night, in hopes of finding a cassiterite (sp?) mine closer to my base. Found a submerged submarine built of stone... Helpful ladder blocking the water from entering. Got mobbed (ha!) at the bottom from a load of zombies before I could climb back...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Is the console complaining about missing libraries? I found that I had to run the forge installer jar locally on my desktop, then copy over the Forge*-universal.jar file and the libraries directory over to my server. Mind you, I'm running my server on a headless Linux system, so I wasn't able...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Life happens . No worries from me. It's easy enough to disable and enable mods within the FTB interface. If enough changes in the mod to break things, I'm out of luck, though. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

It's not in 2.0 or 1.0.99. I'm currently running 2.0, and had to swap in 0.2.5-A10 Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

I can confirm it is the fix. I downloaded the lasted version, disabled the older version on the server and the client, then added the latest. Time stays constant on the server now when I log off.

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Word is that the mod causing the servers' time to run backwards when no one was logged on is TFCTech. It's also been addressed in version 0.2.5-A10. Testing it now on my server.

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Sure comes across as lashing out from where I'm standing. It's like demanding Blood 'n' Bones (another modpack that is serious about mob "interaction") work with Peaceful. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Does TFP pull a copy of the server's config down to the local client? If so, you wouldn't have to change each client locally. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Nah... I quoted another thread that said TerraMisc (iirc) had caused a similar issue in an earlier version. Removing that mod from TFP did not resolve it, implying there's another mod that is causing it. TFC has support for suspending the server already, and it has worked fine in other modpacks...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Well, I took a stab at finding the offending mod causing the tick rate issue when no one's logged onto the server... and I give up. It's a bit problematic removing a mod, starting the server, start the client, advance time, log off, wait, log on, and see if the time has gone backwards or stayed...

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Assuming you're not on a headless Linux server, try installing Forge via the accompanying jar file, then edit the config.txt file in the same directory to reflect the version of Forge. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

    [1.7.10] TerraFirmaPunk 2.0 - TerraFirmaCraft & SteamPunk Adventures

Ah... I thought you were referring to the memory leak, not crops growing. It was my understanding that even if the chunk is unloaded, the time stamp detailing when the crop was planted is stored; so when the chunk is loaded again, the crop's status is updated, referencing the time stamp. And I...
