    When the parameter is 0, this parameter disables completly. I had set the parameter to 99999, which just delayed the time of discharge.

    I also have this problem, I use FTB Ultimate and I test with Multiverse, MyWorld and MultiWorld, none works ... I continue my research and test, and I'll keep you posted :)
