    You should be able to do that if you don't break the most center block in the tanks bottum layer, but I am not sure about that

    You need a valve block to pump out off should automatically flow out if you hookup pipes to it.

    It works with flax i just tested it seemed to work just fine using direwolf v5

    Or go the thaumcraft way a wooden golem and a brainy straw golem to harvest and replant everyting.
