    Why is my refinery not refining?

    From the screenshot you can see that there are 2 combustion engines attached and that the refinery has "10000RF / 10000RF" so there's power getting to it. There's oil being pumped into the back of it - you can see the two minitanks full of oil. The front "output" tank is empty, no water in it...
