I'm having the same problem. We don't have mystcraft, so I assume it's alot of machines eating up the server. Did you find the thing causing it yet?

I gave all my users the same file to download. As far as I know, there's no other way to bypass it :(

The only thing I ever changed was changing Soul Shards 1.15 to 1.16, due to 1.15 having a bug. I don't see how that would affect world generation though.

I'm currently doing that actually :D I got 4 quarrys mining in a faraway location, no tin/copper/silver so far. I'll try getting a new map up, even though they won't like it :(
