Ore generation

Is anyone else having problems with the ore generation of specifically Tin, Copper and Silver?
I'm hosting a Mindcrack Server.

I know that these ores only spawn on certain levels, and me and my friends have been digging for hours but haven't found any of these ores. I checked the Thermal expansion config and it's on. In fact, I never changed any of the configs after I downloaded the mod pack. Any suggestions?

Weird

If you're the admin and don't mine a hole or two in your world, spawn in a quarry (or multiple ones) and a stack of filled redstone energy cells, and excavate a couple chunks. If you really don't see any copper and tin being mined, try the same in a newly generated world and compare.

I generated four different test worlds using the Mindcrack pack so far, and all of them had copper and tin where they are supposed to be....

I'm currently doing that actually I got 4 quarrys mining in a faraway location, no tin/copper/silver so far. I'll try getting a new map up, even though they won't like it

The only thing I ever changed was changing Soul Shards 1.15 to 1.16, due to 1.15 having a bug. I don't see how that would affect world generation though.
