So far it's a great pack, the only problem is the quests at the beginning need more depth and I'm not sure how the atomosphere/ poison works, because some time I get struck randomly within the base.
Another thing, I believe that passive mobs will not spawn if grass isn't present , for example in crash landing, the world is made of dust, so passive mobs won't spawn.
Actually not sure deadly world can increase spawn rates but it can increase dungeon and spawner rarity, you sould consult the tools for pack makers page (found Here) for more info on stuff like that.
For increasing spawn rate of monsters,I believe deadly world can do that. As for passive spawns I don't know. I might do a little more research and get back to you.
You can look in the permission spreadsheet forum and follow the link, if a mod you are not using is not on the spreadsheet note down the mod name, author, and license
You could have a command block timer that goes off after a certain amount ticks and it gives them the page. It wouldn't work if you didn't have a open slot in your inventory though
