Well, it turns out that Minecraft 1.8 runs just fine, but if I use 1.6.4 I get that slow loading menu and inventory thing going on.

Think you can share the config? I just added Universal Electricity mods to my Mindcrack server. Mindcrack doesn't have Emeralds though does it? So those kind of ore are left on?

I'm assuming that I'd be safe to change any IDs to a safe range of between 27977 to 29255.
