    standard config loads every chunk that is within the quarry. You get a message "xx chunks loaded.." if not, you maybe have wrong config..

    do you have optifine installed? If so, Is it possible, that you installed the wrong version? Remove Optifine, if you have it, and force update in your launcher..

    Applied Energistics was a very huge problem + 20 XP Turtles. Now we have Tick Threading installed and we dont have a problem anymore.

    We build a blaze spawner with turtles, but it wasnt fast enough (4 XP melee turtles). Maybe we could've added 4 more but that wasn the point. I would suggest to either kill them with a Mob Grinder or let them fall slowly into water, that way you wont get XP, but a safe kill, w/o much lag.

    have you tryd a completly new ftb installation? just to make sure there arent any corrupted files or something else.

    try running the Minecraft Region Fixer. It will delete the cows and maybe the corrupted chunk. Always do a backup!

    Not sure if I got this right, but is it possible that you configured *only* the mcmyadmin port? Could you go to the 2nd servers "server.properties" file and change the port to 25566 or something else? Maybe this will fix it.
